All rates are quoted per person, in U.S. Dollars, and are subject to taxes and fees where applicable. Prices, fees, taxes, times, dates, and availability are subject to change without notice. Denali RV Park and Motel requires payment in full at the time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted. Cash is welcome, however, a credit card must be used to hold the reservation. Upon receipt of cash, any holds or charges will be refunded.

All reservations require payment in full at time of booking. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior and receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost less the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances that may cause last-minute cancellations. If you made your reservation through a 3rd party travel service, Denali RV Park and Motel may not be able to assist in your modification. Changes and cancellations to 3rd party reservations must be requested by the 3rd party. For assistance with cancellations, please send an email to stay@denalirvpark.com.

Changes to reservations may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a refund of 50% of the balance due, if any. No changes are permitted within 30 days of the stay. Reservations that are changed from one calendar year to another calendar year become non-refundable at any time after the change is made. All changes must be requested by sending the request via email to stay@denalirvpark.com.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. When payments are made with cash, a check will be sent to the address on file. Refunds may take up to 30 days.

•    RV Sites: 12:00 pm

CHECK-OUT:

• Motel Rooms: 10:00 am
• RV Sites: 11:00 am

AGE REQUIREMENT:

Primary guest must be 18 years of age to book a room and/or site and provide proper identification upon arrival.

RATES: 

Are on a per night basis. They do not include a 7.5% Overnight Accommodation Tax.

ROOM AND SITE CAPACITY:

Guests are not allowed to exceed the declared room and/or site capacity on the reservation page unless consent is given by our staff.

EXTRA GUESTS: 

Our rates are based on an occupancy of 2 guests. For rooms and/or sites that may accommodate more than 2 guests, we may charge a fee for each additional guest per night up to the maximum occupancy rate for each room and/or site.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Daily housekeeping service is not provided. It is your responsibility to maintain the room and/or site in a neat and clean condition throughout your stay. In Motel Rooms, during stays with multiple days, we will only refresh towels upon request. If unusual and/or excessive cleaning is necessary, there may be an additional charge to your credit card on file.

ROOM AND/OR SITE DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, AND EXCESSIVE CLEANING:

If rooms and/or sites are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item + $50/hr. labor fees to return room to its original state. This includes missing/damaged remotes, bedding, towels, windows, TVs, window screens, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know immediately to avoid any damages being charged to your account.

NOISE: 

Please respect guests in other rooms and sites by not approaching their rooms and/or sites and by controlling noise levels, especially between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. If you are bothering other guests, you may be asked to leave the property without a refund of any money.

PETS: 

We do not allow pets in the Motel Rooms. If you are found to have brought your pet you will be asked to immediately leave with no refund given. There will also be an extra $200 pet fee added to your bill. Pets are permitted in the RV Park but must remain on a leash at all times.

SMOKING: 

For the comfort and safety of our guests Denali RV Park and Motel is an entirely Smoke-free facility. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarets and marijuana, is not permitted inside our rooms or on property. A $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if smoking was detected in the Motel Rooms or any other building on property. Please properly discard cigarette butts.

FURNITURE AND ELECTRONICS: 

Moving of furniture, décor, appliances, or other objects inside or outside of the room is prohibited. Do not disconnect or alter any electronic items. Failure to comply with this policy will be treated as Room Damage and the appropriate policy will apply.

MALFUNCTION OF EQUIPMENT: 

We do our best to make sure all amenities are in good working order. Occasionally electronics, internet, appliances, and other mechanical equipment will malfunction. We will do our best to repair these items in a timely manner, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.

WIFI:

Due to the remoteness of our location, WIFI may not always be available and speeds may vary. Our WIFI is the best available in our remote part of Alaska.  It is sometimes unreliable due to the unique weather conditions and other challenges in the vicinity of the RV Park.  For this reason we cannot guarantee service and it may not meet the needs of streaming, video game downloads, or the needs of the business traveler.

WILDLIFE: 

Denali RV Park and Motel is located in a rural area, which is surrounded by woods and nature. As a result, there may be some insects, other visitors, or other wildlife in or around Denali RV Park and Motel sites and rooms at times. Please properly dispose of trash and food in trash cans in order to help keep any unwanted guests from coming inside or around the property.

WEATHER AND POWER OUTAGES: 

Bad weather conditions may make travel to the Denali area difficult. In addition, occasional power outages or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable.

RIGHT TO ENTER: 

Denali RV Park and Motel and its staff and/or agents reserve the right to enter the rented Motel Rooms, sites, or other facilities on the premises at any time with or without proper notice provided, with or without guest’s consent, to inspect the property or perform routine maintenance, as needed.

RESTRICTED AREAS: 

Denali RV Park and Motel may have private areas (including, but not limited to, storage closets, out buildings, and/or heavy equipment). Any attempt to enter these areas will be reported to the Alaska State Troopers and will individuals will be charged for breaking and entering private property.

LIABILITY: 

Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for an accident, injury, or damage that may result in or about the premises, to persons or property (including those of Renter’s guests), and that the Owner and its agents shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. Renter assumes the risk involved with the use of decks and porches, trail systems, and any and all other rental facilities and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Owner and its agents from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use by the renter or others using the same during renters occupancy. Owner is not responsible for loss of money or valuables or any kind. Renter assumes responsibility of all guests during the reservation time.

HUNTING: 

Hunting of any kind is not permitted on the property.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS:

No shooting fireworks or firearms on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, BB/pellet, airsoft, and paintball guns. We also do not allow any type of archery equipment on the property.

ATVs AND MOTORCYCLES:

All-terrain vehicles, 4-wheelers, motorcycles or other recreational vehicles may not be used on the property at any time. Only the use of motorcycles as a mode of transportation to Denali RV Park and Motel are permitted.

CAMPFIRES: 

Guests are permitted to bring small self-contained and covered fire pits. Due to high winds in the area, makeshift and ground-based fire pits are not permitted. Denali RV Park and Motel does not provide fire pits. Absolutely no open flames are permitted in any room or building.
