Denali RV Park and Motel is still operating its 2020 season as scheduled, and we are accepting reservations. We hope to host you for your Denali Experiences for 2020, however, we understand COVID-19 has brought a great deal of uncertainty to many of our guests.
We take seriously the cleanliness of our rooms and public areas. We want you to enjoy a safe vacation to our part of Alaska. Our team is carefully monitoring the situation and following guidelines from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services. We are implementing additional measures to ensure our methods to clean and sanitize our rooms and public areas align with the guidance and recommendations of health authorities.
For guests that have already booked with us, we are implementing a flexible change policy if you need to reschedule your reservation until April 30, 2020 for all 2020 reservations. If you need to make other modifications to your reservations due to the virus please read our cancellation policy. We ask that you inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible so that we can adjust accordingly.
IF you are able to, we ask that you consider rescheduling the date of your reservation instead of canceling. During this difficult time, we are happy to work with you to find a date that works.
